Ke arah kehidupan yang sihat.

Finally, we manage to get rid of laziness and get our butt up to do a little exercise early in the morning..

Happy, Happy, Happy! ^^

and so we went for a jog, to stretch those muscles and get sweaty all over our body.

balik-balik tibai roti canai 1 keping 1/2 
tengah hari pergi rumah orang kahwin makan nasi minyak..

rasa macam sia-sia pergi jogging tadi..T_T


p/s: will try to jog few times a week.
