Pain Pain Go Away

Period cramps strike up to my tummy again!
yaiks!
I hate it..but i have to face it though...

Menstrual cramps also know as "senggugut" in Malay, is a pain that only occur once a month among the ladies.
Although this pain is familiar with woman because it appear along with our menses, this syndrome only affect 50% of women population in this world!

There are some women that only face a mild light pain in their belly, but there are those who face severe pain that will effect their daily routine. Women in this group would rather just lying on their bed not wanting to do anything.

I have this one friend, she suffer severe menstrual cramps until she skips school whenever her menses start.
This become more serious when she become too dependent to pain reliever.(yang panadol color pink tu)
It result to gastric! It is because she take the pain reliever before she eats anything in the morning. With empty stomach (perut kosong...hehe). 

So, there are some ways to relieve the pain:
-sleep! it helps me a lot! ^^
-exercise regularly may lessen the symptoms.
-drink a lot of water 
-pain reliever yang color pink tu. 
(though i am not really suggest this method but sometimes it helps me as a last resort)  
-keep your belly warm by put a bottle filled with warm water around it.

So, i will face this moment with glory!
(entah apa-apa entah aku mengarut ni....)

p/s: bed bed bed, she is calling me. Nak tido! ^_^
